When Oh Undies was born, my vision was simple: to make self-care as easy and natural as putting on your favorite underwear. This idea sprouted from my own journey with mental wellness, and it’s a journey I continue every day alongside my 5-year-old. In those small, shared moments, I learned just how deeply these acts of self-kindness can impact our lives.

As our community grows, I’m excited to share that there is so much more to come!
