Due to the intimate nature of nderwear, we are unable to accept returns of any underwear that has been removed from its original pacakaging.
Underwear that is unopened and unworn, on domestic orders, we offer 30-day free returns for store credit. For a refund back to the original payment method, a $6 return shipping fee will apply.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable and the return label cost would be deducted from your refund total.
Clearance items and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

I purchased underwear months ago and recently in received a complimentary worksheet. It turns out that they added a free activity sheet to the underwear collection and even though I was a past customer ( way way past ) they still reached out and shared. Thanks for thinking of me. The daily activities were simple and thoughtful and I appreciate the push to disconnect from media for a few moments everyday.
As for the underwear, it fit really smooth - like butter, but ran a little large. I run in between sizes, so its something I tend to deal with often. But I would recommend that if you're in-between sizes, it may be helpful to size down.
I received an email that said I had a free bundle of briefs. I figured it was worth the shipping fee, and I ordered them. They are so soft, fit well, have no panty lines, and I like the positive messages on them. I plan to order some more in different colors.

The briefs are so very light and comfy that I don't even feel them. No tightness in the waist or around the hips, just a smooth fit.
