CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TIKTOK, X (FORMERLY TWITTER), FACEBOOK, OR INSTAGRAM FROM META (“SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM(S)”).

The 30 Days of Giving Giveaway is intended solely for legal residents of the United States of America and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Contest if you are not a resident of the U.S. or otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Contest is sponsored by Oh Undies, an entity of OH! (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older, in their respective states of permanent residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and their respective spouses) or household members are NOT eligible to participate in this Contest. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER

The Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PDT on Novmber 25, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 25, 2024 (the “Contest Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

During the Contest Period, Entrants can enter the Contest by visiting https://ohundies.com/pages/30-days-of-giving (the “Website”) and completing the registration form. Entrants will be required to provide their full name, phone number, zip code, and email address. Each completed registration form will generate one (1) entry.

• Share Your Giving Story: Earn 20 extra entries by sharing how you give back during the holiday season. Tag us on Instagram @oh_undies or send your story via email to letschat@ohundies.com.

Limit one (1) registration entry per person. Bonus entries are capped at a maximum of thirty (30). Proof of submission is not proof of delivery. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Contest in the event of technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other reason that impacts the fairness or integrity of the Contest. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By entering, Entrants release the Sponsor and its agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical errors, incomplete entries, or unauthorized access affecting the Contest’s administration.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION

There will be one (1) random drawing conducted by the Sponsor daily until 12/25/2024.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The Winner will be notified by phone or email.

PRIZE

There would be 30 winners. Each Winner will receive a complimentary collection of underwear from Oh Undies, featuring a selection of items inspired by the spirit of giving, as listed on the Contest page https://ohundies.com/pages/30-days-of-giving. The specific contents of the prize package are subject to availability and Sponsor’s discretion.
